This pure sheep´s milk cheese in olive oil is a special and unrivalled gourmet delicacy. It comes in multiple formats: whole blocks of approximately 1,2kg, 2,6kg or alternativey in 300gr slices as well as in elegant glass pots of 350gr or 700gr.
On the inside is an ivory-white face with reddish colouring denoting the time spent under oil. All formats are vacuum-packed with olive oil on the inside.
